CrewHook is operated by Keplerion Technologies. In these policies, "CrewHook," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the CrewHook platform operated by Keplerion Technologies.
CrewHook is a platform being prepared for a Miami-first launch. CrewHook helps customers submit structured service requests and helps approved independent home-service pros review requests, quote, manage accepted work, and follow app-based workflow steps.
CrewHook is not a contractor and does not perform repair or home-service work. Pros who use CrewHook are independent businesses or independent professionals.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use CrewHook, we may collect:
- Account and contact information, such as name, email address, phone number, and login details.
- Customer request information, such as service category, issue description, photos, videos, preferred timing, and app responses.
- Service location information needed to match and manage a job.
- Technician onboarding information, such as trade, service area, availability, business details, and application source or campaign.
- Quote and workflow information, including fixed quotes, ranges, diagnostic visit options, scope reevaluation requests, and job completion status.
- Payment workflow records, such as authorization status, amounts, platform fees, payout-related status, and payment processor identifiers. CrewHook does not store full card numbers.
- Support messages, issue reports, admin notes, and dispute or review records.
- Device, browser, usage, security, and analytics information used to operate and protect the service.
How we use information
- To create and manage customer requests, technician applications, quotes, accepted jobs, and completion workflows.
- To communicate about requests, onboarding, support, safety, payments, and account activity.
- To help match eligible requests to approved pros based on trade, location, service area, availability, and workflow status.
- To process payment authorizations, captures, platform fees, payouts, refunds, or payment reviews through payment processors.
- To monitor reliability, prevent misuse, investigate issues, and improve CrewHook's app-based workflow.
- To measure marketplace signals and aggregate outcomes without exposing individual customer or pro records publicly.
How we share information
We may share information only as needed to operate CrewHook, including:
- With customers and approved pros involved in the same request or accepted job.
- With service providers that help us run hosting, authentication, analytics, maps, messaging, payments, support, and security tools.
- With payment processors for payment authorization, capture, payout, refund, tax, compliance, and fraud prevention purposes.
- When required by law, legal process, safety needs, fraud prevention, or to protect CrewHook, users, or the public.
We do not sell personal information in the ordinary meaning of that phrase. We do not publish individual customer addresses, payment secrets, or private quote records on public pages.
AI-assisted scoping and marketplace guidance
CrewHook may use AI-assisted tools to organize written customer details, intake answers, request context, and marketplace signals. These tools are used to help structure information and improve workflow clarity. They do not replace professional judgment, guarantee a diagnosis, or guarantee a final price.
Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to operate CrewHook, support users, comply with legal and payment obligations, investigate disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain business records. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and legal requirements.
Your choices
- You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting CrewHook support.
- You may request deletion of your account or onboarding lead information using the instructions on our Data Deletion page.
- You may opt out of non-essential marketing contact by replying to our messages or contacting support.
Some information may need to be retained for legal, security, payment, tax, dispute, or fraud-prevention reasons.
Security
CrewHook uses technical and administrative safeguards intended to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to limit access and protect sensitive workflow and payment records.
Children
CrewHook is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
